About the role

The Ticketing Coordinator maintains a ticketing-focused, coordination-owned workflow within the Travel Group Luxembourg network. Responsibilities include supplier coordination, status tracking, deadline management, and documentation quality control. The role ensures all work is traceable, unresolved items have clear owners, and errors are surfaced before causing downstream rework.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain ticketing-focused coordination with supplier collaboration, ensuring visible source, owner, status, and next action for each checkpoint.
  • Reconcile role documentation with status tracking to keep work traceable and ownership clear.
  • Coordinate reservation systems with deadline management to ensure timely completion of ticketing tasks.
  • Review documentation and generate reports to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Enforce document quality control and workflow management to prevent errors and rework.
  • Apply Travel Group Luxembourg workflow context and travel planning standards confidently.
  • Ensure data accuracy while tracking evidence and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning for decisions.
  • Exercise judgment in follow-ups, especially when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
  • Complete remote work only when documentation, quality control, and record management meet network standards for security and traceability.

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain a ticketing-focused, coordination-owned work profile within the Travel Group Luxembourg network.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure travel planning and service remain usable under network-specific demands.
  • Experience in status tracking, deadline management, and workflow documentation.
  • Judgment in follow-ups and issue escalation to prevent unresolved dependencies.
  • Commitment to data accuracy, process compliance, and clear reporting.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
