This role operates within a Philippine-based travel agency and tour operator specializing in domestic and international packages, groups, corporate/incentive travel, ticketing, hotels, transfers, and visa assistance. The Ticketing Coordinator focuses on ticketing within travel planning and service delivery, ensuring clear separation of confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.
Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate ticketing tasks with suppliers, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the travel agency’s operational context.
- Document role-specific details in Travbest with status tracking, maintaining traceability for all ticketing-focused coordination.
- Maintain reservation systems with strict deadline management, ensuring all updates are visible and actionable.
- Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure accuracy and accountability in ticketing workflows.
- Coordinate quality control and workflow management to surface errors before they result in downstream rework.
Requirements
- Confident use of Travbest Workflow Context and Travel Planning tools in a ticketing-focused, coordination-owned environment.
- Strong data accuracy skills, ensuring evidence and deadlines are tracked without omission.
- Ability to document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning in the travel agency’s operational context.
- Judgment in follow-up actions, especially when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs are complete only when Travbest documentation, quality control, and record management signals are current and accurate.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
