Job Description

Select’s Ticketing Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional service from invoice creation to distribution. The Ticketing Coordinator will handle a high volume of transactions, working with internal and external customers ensuring billing needs are met. The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform review of ticket pricing daily and process for manager review.
  • Perform review of customer requirements/pricing before generating and posting tickets.
  • Process tickets per customer requirements in a timely manner.
  • Aid Credit and Collections with researching and resolving disputes.
  • Review/Process rejected/disputed tickets daily.
  • Submit tickets into customer ticketing portals/EDI.
  • Communicate with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Aid with month-end closing.
  • Maintain and understand customer requirements to pay.
  • Practice open communication with Operations and team leaders to ensure everyone is aware of any customer requirements/pricing changes.
  • Practice open communication with AR teams to ensure emails and questions are being answered in a timely manner.
  • Run and monitor reports to identify ticketing issues daily to ensure ticket accuracy before sending to customer/invoicing.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • A high school diploma/GED.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • 10 key by touch.

Compensation Information

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Physical Demands and Exposures

  • This position operates out of a climate-controlled environment, but is required to step outside in all weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected.
  • The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
  • 12 hour shift work, 7am - 7pm. Other start/stop times considered.
  • Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
  • Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
