About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Scheduling Coordinator to manage multiple calendars and ensure smooth scheduling operations across our Intake team.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for potential new clients.
  • Maintain and update supporting documents to ensure accurate and current information.
  • Collaborate closely with the receptionist and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of meetings and procedures.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Anticipate and resolve potential scheduling conflicts or disruptions to maintain efficiency and workflow.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Appointment scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Language: Spanish (Preferred)
  • You're the right fit if you have:
    • Proven experience managing multiple calendars or high-volume scheduling.
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and proofreading skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
    • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and able to adapt to new systems or software.
    • A positive attitude with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
    • A self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative individual.

  • Hourly pay: $22-$23 BOE
