About the role
The Thermoplastic Injection Molding Cell Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain injection molding machines to ensure efficient production processes.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
- Adjust machine settings based on part specifications and quality requirements.
- Work closely with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in injection molding or related field.
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Experience with injection molding machines and related equipment.
- Knowledge of plastics processing and material properties.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
Skills
- Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Pay
