About the role

The Thermoplastic Injection Molding Cell Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection molding machines to ensure efficient production processes.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
• Adjust machine settings based on part specifications and quality requirements.
• Work closely with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in injection molding or related field.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience with injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Knowledge of plastics processing and material properties.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting.

Pay
