Therapy Program Manager/Director of Rehab

About the role

We are seeking a Full-time Therapy Program Manager (TPM) - PTA or COTA Preferred in Brooklyn, OH. The ideal candidate must be a licensed COTA or PTA in Ohio with experience managing a therapy team in a nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage therapy teams in a nursing facility setting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
• Develop and implement treatment plans for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs
• Train and mentor therapy staff
• Participate in performance reviews and goal-setting sessions
• Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives

Requirements

• Licensed COTA or PTA in Ohio
• Experience managing a therapy team in a nursing facility
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of rehabilitation and therapeutic techniques

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field
• Current active state license in Ohio
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
