About the role
We are seeking a Full-time Therapy Program Manager (TPM) - PTA or COTA Preferred in Brooklyn, OH. The ideal candidate must be a licensed COTA or PTA in Ohio with experience managing a therapy team in a nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Manage therapy teams in a nursing facility setting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
- Develop and implement treatment plans for residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs
- Train and mentor therapy staff
- Participate in performance reviews and goal-setting sessions
- Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives
Requirements
- Licensed COTA or PTA in Ohio
- Experience managing a therapy team in a nursing facility
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of rehabilitation and therapeutic techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field
- Current active state license in Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
