Director of Rehab/Program Manager

Overview

Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Trinity Community at Beavercreek in Beavercreek, OH is seeking its next full-time Director of Rehab.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community
• Act as a trusted partner for the client and community
• Maintain expected productivity standards
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, COTA, OT, or SLP)
• Hold a valid state license
• Previous managerial experience preferred but not required
• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience is nice to have but not required
