Director of Rehab/Program Manager
Overview
Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, due to expected growth, we are seeking a full-time Director of Rehab in the Pittsburgh, PA area. This position is open to the following disciplines: COTA, OTR, PT, and PTA.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community
- Act as a trusted partner for the client and community
- Maintain expected productivity standards
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, COTA, OT, or SLP)
- Hold a valid state license
- Previous managerial experience preferred but not required
- Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience is great to have but not required!
