About the role
As a Therapy Program Manager (TPM), you will manage a therapy team in a nursing facility. This position requires a licensed COTA or PTA in Ohio with experience in managing a therapy team.Responsibilities
- Manage therapy staff and ensure quality patient care
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Evaluate and improve treatment outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
- Active state license as a COTA or PTA in Ohio
- Experience in managing a therapy team in a nursing facility
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of rehabilitation therapies and techniques
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
