Director of Rehab/Program Manager

Full-time Director of Rehab (Program Manager) opportunity at The Chapel Hill Community in Canal Fulton, OH. Currently only considering COTAs for this role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rehab staff and therapy activities in the community
• Lead interdisciplinary team as a trusted partner for clients and the community
• Maintain expected productivity standards
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program (PTA, PT, COTA, OT, or SLP)
• Valid state license
• Previous managerial experience preferred but not required
• Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience a plus but not required
