Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy sessions and ensure adherence to clinical standards
• Supervise and mentor therapists to maintain high-quality care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Licensed in South Carolina as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervised (LPC-S), Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervised (LSCW-S), or equivalent
• Experience in a leadership role as a LPC-S, LSCW-S, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a Therapy Clinical Director role
