Therapy Clinical Directors at PSYCHPLUS are integral to our mission of increasing patient access to mental health resources through technology-enhanced care. The position involves overseeing therapy sessions in both In-Person and Hybrid settings in Longview, TX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy sessions in an In-Person/Hybrid setting
• Supervise and mentor therapy staff
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards and best practices
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in state
• At least 1 year of experience in a Therapy Clinical Director role as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or equivalent

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health treatments
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage a team and meet performance goals
