About the role

We are seeking a Therapy Clinical Director to lead our mental health services in an In-Person/Hybrid setting in Kansas, MO. Our mission is to enhance patient access to mental health resources through technological integration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy sessions and ensure adherence to clinical standards
• Supervise and mentor therapy staff to maintain high-quality care
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and training programs
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards

Requirements

• Licensed in Missouri as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in-state
• At least 1 year of experience as a Therapy Clinical Director

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in integrating technology to improve mental health outcomes
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of best practices in therapy and mental health care

$90–$100k – commensurate with experience
