Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy sessions and ensure clinical quality
• Manage therapy staff and provide supervision
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in state
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health practices
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience with technology integration in mental health settings
