Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy sessions and ensure adherence to clinical standards
• Supervise and mentor therapy staff to maintain high-quality care
• Implement and integrate technology solutions to enhance patient care
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient care pathways
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in-state
• At least one year of experience in a similar role

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Experience in a clinical leadership role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

$90–$100k – commensurate with experience

Full-time position, either W-2 or 1099 contract
