About the role

Therapy Clinical Directors at PsychPlus are integral to our mission of improving patient access to mental health resources through technology-enhanced care. The role involves overseeing therapy sessions in an in-person/hybrid setting in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy sessions in an in-person/hybrid setting
• Supervise and mentor therapy staff
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards and protocols
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives

Requirements

• Licensed in WA as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in state
• At least 1 year of experience in a Therapy Clinical Director role as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in state

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health treatment
• Experience in managing a team of therapists
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
