Therapy Clinical Directors at PSYCHPLUS are integral to our mission of increasing patient access to mental health resources through technology-enhanced care. The role involves overseeing therapy sessions in an In-Person/Hybrid setting in Spokane, WA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy sessions in an In-Person/Hybrid setting
• Supervise and mentor therapy staff
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards and protocols
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs

Requirements

• Licensed in WA as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in state
• At least 1 year of experience in a Therapy Clinical Director role as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in state
