Therapy Clinical Directors at PsychPlus are integral to our mission of increasing patient access to mental health resources through technology-enhanced care. The position involves overseeing therapy services in an In-Person/Hybrid setting in Omaha, NE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy services in an In-Person/Hybrid setting
• Supervise and mentor therapy staff
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care
• Develop and implement clinical strategies

Requirements

• Licensed in Nebraska as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in state
• At least one year of experience in a Therapy Clinical Director role as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or similar

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health treatment modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
• Experience with technology integration in mental health settings
