About the role

Therapy Clinical Directors at PsychPlus are integral to our mission of enhancing mental health access through technological integration. This position is based in an In-Person/Hybrid setting in Las Cruces, NM.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor therapy staff
• Develop and implement clinical protocols
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

Requirements

• Licensed in NM as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in state
• At least 1 year of experience in a Therapy Clinical Director role

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Experience in providing therapy services
• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using technology for mental health services

Pay

$90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Schedule
