About the role

We are seeking a Therapy Clinical Director to lead our mental health services in an In-Person/Hybrid setting in Albuquerque, NM. Our mission is to enhance patient access to mental health resources through technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor therapy staff
• Develop and implement clinical programs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Licensed in NM as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in state
• At least 1 year of experience in a Therapy Clinical Director role as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in state

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with technology integration in mental health settings

Skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in technology tools relevant to mental health practice
