About the role

Therapy Clinical Directors at PSYCHPLUS are integral to our mission of increasing patient access to mental health resources through technology-enhanced care. The position is based in an In-Person/Hybrid setting in North Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor therapy staff to ensure high-quality care
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and training programs
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the growth and success of the therapy team

Requirements

• Licensed in WI as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in state
• At least 1 year of experience as a Therapy Clinical Director

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience with technology integration in mental health settings

$90–$100k – commensurate with experience
