About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Therapist to provide individual, group, and family counseling services, participate in treatment planning, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and document accurately
  • Manage crisis situations and ensure compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA, and clinical regulations
  • Support discharge and after-care planning
  • Maintain active communication with clients, families, and referral sources

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Current licensure in the field
  • CPR and de-escalation certifications
