We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Therapist to provide individual and group therapy sessions focused on psychological, emotional, or substance abuse issues. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting therapy sessions and developing treatment plansProviding family counseling and facilitating communication among patients, families, and support groupsCollaborating with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nursing, and utilization review staffCommunicating treatment progress and coordinating careCompleting accurate documentation and assessments in compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA, and clinical regulationsUtilizing crisis intervention and de-escalation skills to ensure patient safetyParticipating in discharge, transition, and after-care planning Qualifications And Skills Include Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalentCurrent state-licensed clinical or social work licenseCPR and De-escalation certification (or within 30 days of hire)Strong communication, clinical assessment, and crisis management skills
