Therapist, Outpatient

We are seeking a Therapist to assess, develop treatment plans, provide counseling, and connect patients with community resources to support mental health and psychosocial well-being. Ideal candidates will have lived experience related to the target population, such as military veterans, law enforcement professionals, or individuals with cultural competence. Qualifications include a Master’s degree from an accredited institution, a current state LMSW/LCSW license, and certifications like Basic Life Support (within 30 days), with additional certifications like ACLS and PALS within six months. Preferred experience includes at least one year of relevant practice. Key responsibilities involve assessing psychosocial needs,collaborating on treatment plans,providing patient and family counseling,linking patients to community services, and advocating for equitable care.
