About the role

Therapist responsible for assessing patients' psychosocial needs, developing treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams, providing counseling and support to patients and families, connecting patients with community resources, and advocating for patients' rights to ensure equitable care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments
• Create and implement treatment plans
• Offer mental health counseling
• Facilitate access to community services
• Advocate for patient rights

Requirements

• Current state LMSW or LCSW license
• Master's degree from an accredited school
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of relevant experience
• ASLS certification
