Role Overview

A Therapist providing evening, full-time services in a healthcare facility, dedicated to making communities healthier by delivering psychological, emotional, and substance abuse treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy
• Participate in treatment planning
• Facilitate family sessions
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and referral sources
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Perform crisis intervention
• Support discharge and after-care planning

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent
• Current state license
• Bilingual in Spanish
• CPR and De-escalation certification (or obtain within 30 days)
• Ability to demonstrate confidentiality
• Knowledge of clinical regulations
• Active communication skills

Key Duties

• Assess patients
