Role Overview: A Therapist providing evening, full-time services in a healthcare facility, dedicated to making communities healthier by delivering psychological, emotional, and substance abuse treatment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual and group therapy, participate in treatment planning, facilitate family sessions, communicate effectively with clients, families, and referral sources, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, complete timely and accurate documentation, perform crisis intervention, and support discharge and after-care planning. Qualifications & Skills: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent, current state license, bilingual in Spanish, CPR and De-escalation certification (or obtain within 30 days). Ability to demonstrate confidentiality, knowledge of clinical regulations, and active communication skills. Key Duties: Assess patients, act as a team member during crises, assist care coordination, and ensure compliance with legal and confidentiality standards.
