About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Therapist to provide individual and group therapy for patients facing psychological, emotional, or substance abuse issues. The role involves active participation in treatment planning, conducting family sessions, and communicating effectively with clients, families, and referral sources.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, complete thorough documentation, and handle crisis interventions to ensure patient safety. Knowledge of confidentiality, HIPAA, and clinical regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
  • Current licensure in the field
  • CPR and de-escalation certifications
