Therapist, Inpatient

About the role

We are seeking a Therapist to join our team at Days Your Experience Matters El Dorado Springs. As a member of our diverse healthcare delivery network, you will be part of a mission to make communities healthier.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients' psychosocial needs to understand their emotional, psychological, and social situations.
• Developing treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Providing counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges.
• Connecting patients with community resources and services, such as support groups and housing assistance.
• Advocating for patients' rights and ensuring they receive equitable care within the healthcare system.

Requirements

• A current state LMSW, LCSW license.
• A Master's degree from an accredited school.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
• Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options.
• Experience working with diverse populations.

Pay

The base compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
