Therapist Inpatient
Job Summary
You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing psychosocial and diagnostic assessment
- Conducting psychotherapeutic sessions with patients
- Reviewing cases in peer supervision
- Collaborating with consulting physicians and treatment teams in forming treatment plans and discharge plans
Responsibilities
Conduct therapy sessions with patients by doing individual, group, and significant other counseling and education to assist them in achieving defined treatment goals.
Reviews cases to assure quality of care and constantly seeks ways to improve internal and external customer satisfaction.
Collaborates with consulting physicians and treatment teams in the formation of comprehensive treatment plans and discharge plans.
Completes assessments, progress notes, group notes, and treatment plan updates in accordance with charting policy and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work
- Active license in state of practice - NE: PLMHP, LMHP, or LIMHP
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required

Pay and Benefits
We are offering a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus and $10,000 Educational Assistance (loan forgiveness) to new hires that meet eligibility.
Pay Range
$27.97 - $41.60 /hour
