What We're Looking For
Applicants should have a current state LMSW, LCSW license and possess a Master's degree from an accredited school. Additional requirements include: Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities
Assessing patients' psychosocial needs to understand their emotional, psychological, and social situations.
Developing treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Providing counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges.
Connecting patients with community resources and services, such as support groups and housing assistance.
Advocating for patients' rights and ensuring they receive equitable care within the healthcare system.
Requirements
Current state LMSW, LCSW license and Master's degree from an accredited school.
Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.
One year of experience preferred.
ASLS certification preferred.
Qualifications
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
Skills
Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
