Therapist, Inpatient

Role: Inpatient Therapist Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial assessments for adults and adolescents with mental health and substance use disorders.Lead individual and group therapy sessions to support patient recovery.Assist with crisis stabilization and discharge planning.Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members in a supportive environment. Qualifications & Skills Experience in mental health and substance use disorder treatment preferred.Strong communication and empathetic skills to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.Ability to work effectively within a team in a stigma-free setting.Knowledge of psychosocial assessment and therapeutic techniques.
