About the role

This full-time employed position with Renown Medical Group as a Provider is dedicated to a team that includes MDs, NPs, RNs, LCSWs, Peer Support Specialists, and Security Officers. The role aims to meet a significant community need by improving access to mental health and addiction treatment, reducing the number of adult psychiatric and addiction patients treated in Renown Emergency Departments, and maintaining communication with patients for at least one year to track recidivism and progress of care coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Review patients’ mental health challenges and crises to provide appropriate resources.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of treatment.
  • Maintain regular communication with patients for at least one year to monitor their progress and address any issues.

Requirements

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
  • Experience in behavioral health or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and mental health disorders.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).

Pay

Guaranteed salary based on experience, determined by the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) for LCSWs.
