Mental Health Therapist / Crisis Center

Job Responsibilities

• Provide assessments, care and treatments for clients while adhering to RHA's standards of care.
• Support the maintenance of the therapeutic environment.
• Triage
• Complete crisis assessment
• Provide clinical recommendations and case management
• Demonstrate de-escalation skills and solution focused approach
• IVC First evaluations

About the Role

RHA Behavioral Health Services is in need of dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapists to join their interdisciplinary healthcare team, to provide services at their Behavioral Health Urgent Care center.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Professional
• No on-call expectation!
• No productivity requirement!
• Supportive and positive work environment
• Shift Diff for nights and weekends

Qualifications

• Preferred experience: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LCAS, or relevant associate level license
• Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance required
• Crisis experience required
