About the role
We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Counselor to support clinical programs at a Crisis Stabilization Center.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct client care through assessment, treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy, and milieu therapy.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of standards, quality services, and new programs.
- Serving as a resource for clinicians through consultation, education, and mentoring.
- Coordinating services with healthcare professionals, including physicians and ARNPs.
- Promoting program goals and modeling organizational values.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related health field.
- Alaska Licenses: Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist, or Psychologist, upon hire.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.

- Advanced clinical skills, leadership ability, and commitment to quality care.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support program objectives.
