About the role
We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Counselor to support clinical programming at a Crisis Recovery Center by providing direct client care, including assessment, treatment planning, individual, family, group, and milieu therapy. You will assist in developing and maintaining standards of practice, quality services, and new programs, as well as consulting, education, mentoring staff, and coordinating services with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related health field
- At least 5 years of clinical experience
- Holding an Alaska license such as Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist upon hire
