About the role
Full-Time Therapist In Training within an outpatient mental health team, focusing on individual therapy services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual psychotherapy and psychoeducation interventions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in team meetings
- Collaborate with community partners and referral sources
- Engage in ongoing supervision, professional development, and evidence-based practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Practicum experience in mental health or community services
- Eligibility for or current Wisconsin "In Training" license (e.g., APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills
- Active mental health licensure
- Experience with justice-involved populations
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based care
