About the role
Full-Time Therapist In Training supporting outpatient mental health services. Focus primarily on individual therapy with occasional group facilitation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments
- Develop treatment plans
- Provide individual psychotherapy
- Deliver psychoeducation
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in treatment and recovery team meetings
- Collaborate with community partners
- Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Practicum experience in mental health or community services
- Eligibility for Wisconsin "In Training" license (e.g., APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills
- Active licensure
- Experience with justice-involved populations
- Trauma-informed care knowledge
