About the role

Seeking a dedicated Therapist in Training for a Family Preservation Team serving children, youth, and adults in community-based settings across multiple counties. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide in-home therapy using strength-based, evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic services tailored to individual and family needs
• Create and implement goal-focused, individualized service plans
• Work in diverse settings including homes, community locations, and offices
• Maintain accurate documentation per agency and funding standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Relevant practicum experience
• Eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Schedule

Hybrid remote with flexible hours. Travel within assigned counties to deliver services. Services provided in homes, schools, and community settings.
