Responsible for planning and implementing therapeutic activities that enhance the quality of life for residents at Cedarbrook Senior Care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute activity programs tailored to individual resident needs and interests.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain records and report progress to supervisors and families as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
