Qualifications

Job-Specific Expectations
- Answer all incoming phone calls according to script and schedule both sales and service appointments
- Works with dealership CRM (DealerSocket/X-Time) by utilizing set scripts to contact customers, set up appointments, and log in comments
- Confirm scheduled appointments, reschedule no-shows, and schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made
- Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled, and follow up to determine outcome
- Post scheduled appointments on appointment board in BDC
- Purify and update customer changes in database
- Generate letters, postcards, and emails according to a pre-determined timeline to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact
- Respond to customer website requests according to a pre-determined timeline and schedule appointments
- Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives
- Complete Sold Customer Follow-Up and Service Customer Follow-Up as directed
- Follow up on after sale ISSI and ICSI
- Forward any customer concerns to appropriate Department Manager and follow up
- Achieve set goals
Pay
$17.00 to $20.00 per hour plus bonus
