Test Technician 1st Shift
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. We are seeking a test technician for our 1st shift manufacturing team. Come support various programs in electronic warfare using your technical skills in functional and environmental testing. You will work in a test manufacturing team that supports critical mission capabilities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED and 1-2 years RF testing work experience
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Understanding of test instruments such as Oscilloscope, multi meters, RF analyzers, PNA
- Effective communication and team work
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams
Preferred Qualifications
- RF and digital analog experience
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $47,614 - $76,181
This range is based on our market pay structures. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
