Brief Description
Fred Finch Youth & Family Services is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those with mental health issues. Our team is currently seeking a Behavior Technician, whether new to the field or experienced, to support our mission.
Pay/Benefits at a Glance
- Pay Range: $18.61 - $23.75 per hour
- PTO: 21 days per year
- Nationally Observed Holidays: 9 days

What You Will Do
- Deliver high quality in-person Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, community, and school settings
- Attend regular staff training and staff development programs
- Meet regularly with Supervisor's
- Maintain accurate data collection
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience working with children and families
- Motivation to continue learning and growing in ABA
- High ethical standards
- Promote positive morale and team cohesion
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, able to maintain records, and work independently
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers, supervisors, and youths
- CA driver’s license (or ability to obtain one) and reliable transportation
