Job Responsibilities

• Participate in simulated interview scenarios using the HireVue platform.
• Provide feedback on the user experience, technical performance, and overall effectiveness of the HireVue platform.
• Complete any assigned tasks or assessments within the HireVue environment as instructed.
• Document observations and insights regarding the platform's functionality and ease of use.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate findings and suggestions for improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Comfortable with technology and online platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for providing constructive feedback.
• Prior experience with video interviewing platforms is a plus but not required.
