Job Responsibilities

• Act as a simulated candidate for various interview scenarios within the HireVue platform.
• Complete requested test tasks, such as video interviews, coding challenges, or skills assessments.
• Provide feedback on the user experience and technical performance of the HireVue system.
• Document any issues or anomalies encountered during testing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve testing-related problems.

Job Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions accurately and meticulously.
• Familiarity with online video conferencing tools and general computer proficiency.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for providing clear feedback.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying system glitches or inconsistencies.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to complete assigned test cases.
