Responsibilities

• Provide content strategy support to understand the needs of users.
• Design, plan and execute user research and identify product-level patterns, trends, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with project and portfolio managers to support project activities.
• Participate in ongoing decisions regarding design, data collection, data analysis, methodology, and process improvement as related to the user's experience.
• Meeting coordination, facilitation and note taking.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of analyst experience.
• Substitute plus 7 years' experience with no degree.
• Ability to pass Public Trust / MBI background investigation.
• Ability to interact with a variety of individuals in a courteous and professional manner.

Pay

Estimated Salary/Wage: USD $20,000.00/Yr. Up to USD $999,999.00/Yr.
