About the role
We are seeking a Test Facility Coordinator to join our Industrial Operations team. Reporting to the Head of Production Engineering and Facility Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating test facility activities, supporting the development of test benches, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of testing environments used for innovative energy storage systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop test benches within NHOA’s test facilities in collaboration with Engineering and R&D teams
- Coordinate all testing activities, planning schedules and managing potential interferences between projects and teams
- Ensure safe working conditions within test areas and oversee the maintenance of facility assets, equipment, and machinery
- Manage technical instrumentation, including status monitoring and calibration activities
- Monitor facility operations and report any issues affecting building systems such as HVAC, security, or fire protection systems
- Collaborate with the electrical technicians team in the setup and commissioning of test benches, providing practical support during installation, wiring, and troubleshooting activities
- Support the definition, sizing, and implementation of test benches, ensuring compliance with technical and HSE requirements
- Drive the implementation of HSE procedures, adapting processes to operational needs while maintaining a safe working environment
- Promote a strong safety culture through training, risk awareness, and proactive hazard reporting
- Participate in audits, incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and facility operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide safety, sustainability, and operational excellence goals
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Practical experience in electrical wiring and assembly of industrial machines and electrical systems
- Good knowledge of power conversion systems (PCS), both hardware and software
- Good understanding of electrical and electromechanical components and their operating principles
- Experience with testing instrumentation, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and Hi-Pot testers
- Knowledge of PLC development tools such as Siemens S7 and TIA Portal
- Experience defining testing procedures and developing test benches in compliance with technical and HSE requirements
- Strong organizational and coordination skills in technical environments
- Good knowledge of English

- Exposure to energy storage systems, power electronics, or renewable energy technologies
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Experience working in multidisciplinary and international teams
