Job Summary
Terros Health is hosting an open interview hiring event at its Oak Recovery Health Center in Phoenix, AZ, on July 14th, 2026, from 10:00am - 2:00pm. The event is for full-time employed positions, specifically Case Managers, Peer Support Specialists, and Medical Front Desk Specialists.
About the Role
We are seeking caring behavioral health and trauma-informed individuals to join our interdisciplinary clinical team. This team works with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment. Positions are available for full-time employment, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, daytime shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management services to clients
- Offer peer support to clients
- Assist with administrative tasks at the health center
Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field
- No prior experience required
- New or upcoming graduates in Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, Behavioral Health Science, or related healthcare administration or behavioral health degree programs
