About the role

A Trupanion Territory Partner serves as a consultant to Trupanion and is the exclusive representative for our pet health insurance product within the Dallas Southeast Market. This is not a franchise or brokerage. There are no franchise fees and this business does not necessitate a brick-and-mortar operation. As a business owner, you can expect to invest one thousand dollars per month in the first year as you get started.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant to Trupanion and be the exclusive representative for our pet health insurance product within the Dallas Southeast Market.
• Build relationships and educate veterinarians, vet techs, and office staff about how having clients who are insured by Trupanion will not only benefit their practice, but also the lives of the companion animals and families they serve.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to build a business from the ground up.
• Ability to travel and meet with veterinarians and pet owners in the Dallas Southeast Market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• No prior experience in the pet insurance industry is required.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with veterinarians and pet owners.
• Knowledge of pet health insurance products and services.
