Responsibilities
- Possess a proven track record of generating new business by selling Hourly's payroll and Workers' Comp solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
- Own your territory and pipeline, focusing on consistent performance and accurate forecasting.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to successful onboarding and early retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners such as CPAs, insurance brokers, financial advisors, and banks.
- Provide valuable market insights to inform product, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of B2B field or territory sales experience, preferably in payroll, HCM, Workers' Comp, or insurance.
- A proven history of consistently generating new logos through outbound prospecting.
- Experience selling to small business owners, particularly those in construction, restaurant, and service industries.
- Ability to manage short sales cycles in high-volume environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter mindset with the capability to plan and execute within a territory.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern CRM tools.
