Responsibilities
- Possess a proven track record of generating new business by selling Hourly’s payroll and Workers' Comp solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
- Own your territory, manage the full sales cycle, and develop strong referral partnerships.
- Forecast accurately using CRM hygiene, deal-stage accuracy, and weekly forecasting.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and strong early retention.
- Provide valuable market feedback to inform product, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 1+ years of B2B field or territory sales experience, preferably in payroll, HCM, Workers' Comp, or insurance.
- Proven new-logo hunting with consistent outbound prospecting experience.
- Experience selling to small business owners, particularly in construction, restaurant, and service industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to plan and execute within a territory.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern CRM tools.
